Q. Where do you ship from?
Most products on our site ship from across the US.
Q. How long will it take my items to arrive?
Transit time varies, however, most product arrives within 8 business days. In peak periods allow for additional time.
Q. Will I receive a shipping notification?
Yes, customers will receive a shipping notification.
Q. How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards.
Q. Can I return my items?
Returns are accepted except where noted on the product details page. A return authorization is required.
Q. What are shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary by product, vendor, distance, and weight ranging from $5-$50
Q. Can I modify my order once submitted ?
Customers cannot directly modify orders after they’re placed. However, you may contact customercare@petculture.online and we will edit your order in your behalf.
Q. What happens if I never receive my order?
Contact the carrier utilizing your shipping confirmation. If the carrier is unable to locate your shipment, get a signed Denial of Receipt and forward to customercare@petculture.online if the package shows as delivered
